Enquiries and customer accounts
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so we can respond. Please do not include passwords or sensitive financial records in an enquiry.
Customer sign-in uses your email address and a one-time code. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. The customer area holds purchase records and software access associated with your account. The store is currently being prepared and checkout remains in test mode.
Our website uses Cloudflare infrastructure, Microsoft email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. These services process information needed to provide the relevant website functions.
Optional website analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand which public pages people visit and whether visitors successfully send an enquiry. It loads only if you choose to allow analytics. Declining does not affect the website or your account.
We do not include account pages, invoice pages, sign-in codes, email addresses, or enquiry text in our analytics events. Public page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments. Analytics may process cookies and device and network information as described in Google’s explanation of data from partner sites.
You can change your choice using Cookie settings when analytics is available. Your preference is stored in this browser. We do not enable advertising personalisation through this integration.
